This is not your ordinary kart body.  At Fuzion composites we've dedicated over 5 years of composites research develop a closed molding process that yields a body kit that is not only tougher and more resilient than traditionally open molded products, but has excellent qualities on both both sides of the part.  That right the back side of our body is as smooth as the front.  The closed molding process also allows us to closely regulate the weight of our finished parts.   The FC1 is the industries' first body kit to incorporate high density PVC foam core in the floor of the nose and in "L" braces on the sides to eliminate the warping and sagging that plagues open molded products.  

Our design was perfected by Jeff Therrell, formerly of Therrell Racing Glass, to fit and function the way a kart body should.  We drew upon our years of kart body design experience to come up with a body kit that is aerodynamically efficient for any track situation, providing the just the right balance of down force.  Fit and finish are gold standard, which means that you can easily mount the body on any brand of chassis without the struggles of wrapped and twisted open molded parts.  The stepped cowl design can be cut to accommodate height restrictions in Jr. classes.
